For out of town races that we need to stay in-town for, the person organizing the race will get a block of hotel rooms at one hotel. The hotel is normally reasonably priced and not too ritzy. The person coordinating the race will assign rooms and we will try to fit 4 people in one room to reduce costs. If you have different requirements, let the person organizing the rooms know.
